I received my B.A. from the University of Chicago, my M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, and my Ph.D. from Arizona State University. My dissertation was entitled The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Attitudes and Behaviors, and, in general, my research interests represent how employees experience meaning and authenticity at work, centering on issues such as social action and sustainability.
